芪棱汤对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑微血管PECAM-1表达的影响

【摘要】 目的研究芪棱汤对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑微血管PECAM-1表达的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、对照组、治疗组。采用颈内动脉线栓法复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注(MCAO/Reperfusion)模型。在再灌注不同时点采用免疫组织化学法测PECAM-1。结果假手术组极少PECAM-1表达;各相应再灌注时间点,治疗组及对照组比模型组的PECAM-1表达明显减少(P<0.01),且治疗组与对照组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论芪棱汤可能通过抑制PECAM-1表达而阻抑脑缺血损伤炎症反应。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the expression of PECAM-1 in Qileng-decoction on brain after cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat.Methods The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups including the sham-operation group,the MCAO(Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion) group,the control group and the treatment group.the MCAO model was established with method of internal carotid artery occlusion by suture.PECAM-1 was observed with immunohistochemistry method at different reperfusion time.Results There were few PECAM-1 positive in the sham-operating group,the expression of PECAM-1 in the treatment group and the control group were lower than that in the MACO group at different reperfusion time.(P < 0.01),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P <0.01).Conclusion The function of Qileng decoction on inflammatory cascade in cerebral ischemial diseases is probably by intervention of the expression of adhesion molecules.
