【摘要】 目的观察氯沙坦、非诺贝特降低代谢综合征合并高尿酸血症患者血尿酸的有效性及安全性。方法对于符合入选条件的患者予以氯沙坦、非诺贝特治疗,并在给药前及前三月每月检查一次血尿酸,化验肝、肾功、肌酸激酶及血常规。结果显效:45%,有效:36%,无效:18%。结论氯沙坦、非诺贝特对代谢综合征合并高尿酸血症患者在降低血压、血脂的同时可以安全、有效地降低血尿酸浓度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of losartan and fenofibrate decrease blood uric acid of patient with metabolism syndrome and hyperuricacidemia. Methods Blood uric acid,hepatic function,renal function,creatine kinase,biood routine were done in patients consistent with selected condition ,before administration,per month in ante-3 month.. Results The percentage of excellence is 45; utility is 36; inefficacy is 18. Conclusion Losartan and fenofibrate can not only decrease blood pressure,blood fat,but also decrease blood uric acid of patient with metabolism syndrome and hyperuricacidemia.更多还原
