尿路感染患者分离的202株大肠埃希菌的耐药性检测

【摘要】 [目的]了解尿路感染患者大肠埃希菌的产ESBLs检测和耐药情况。[方法]2008年6月至2010年6月从尿路感染住院患者的尿液标本中分离的202株大肠埃希菌,采用ATB细菌鉴定分析仪进行产ESBLs检测和药敏试验。[结果]202株大肠埃希菌中检出产ESBLs菌81株,占40.09%;非产ESBLs菌121株,占59.91%。产ESBLs菌的耐药率为70.37%(57/81),非产ESBLs菌的耐药率为26.45%(32/121),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]大肠埃希菌产ESBLs株耐药性强,应结合药敏试验选择合适的药物。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the detection of ESBLs producing Escherichia coli and drug resistance in urinary tract infection patients.[Methods]Examination of ESBLs and drug sensitivity was conducted with ATB bacilli analyzer for 202 Escherichia coli strains isolated from inpatients with urinary tract infection from June 2008 to June 2010.[Results]Of the 202 Escherichia coli strains,81 ESBLs producing stains were detected,accounting for 40.09%,121 non-ESBLs producing stains,accounting for 59.91%.Drug resistant rate of ESBLs producing stains was 70.37%(57/81) and non-ESBLs producing stains was 26.45%(32/121).There was a difference(P<0.01).[Conclusion]ESBLs producing Escherichia coli stains had strong drug resistance.Antibiotics should be used rationally based on drug sensitivity test.
