【摘要】 [目的]了解麻风病治愈存活人员生活现状与需求,为提高这一特殊人群的生活质量提供参考。[方法]2009年,对江都市麻风病治愈存活人员进行调查。[结果]江都市现存活麻风病治愈人员685人。其中,男性占72.12%,60~80岁的占74.16%,20.88%单独居住;畸残率为36.06%,30.37%部分或完全失去自理能力;14.89%享受最低生活保障,97.81%参加各类医疗保险;愿意进康复村居住的占10.66%。畸残人员辅助用品需求率为100.00%,手术需求率为78.73%。[结论]江都市麻风病治愈存活者有较好的基本生活保证,麻风病康复村容量有待扩大,致残人员相关手术率有待提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the living conditions and needs among cured leprosy survivors,so as to provide reference for improving their quality of life.[Methods]In 2009,a survey was made among the cured leprosy survivors in Jiangdu city.[Results]Of 685 cured leprosy survivors in Jiangdu city,72.12% were males,those 60 to 80 years accounted for 74.16%,20.88% lived alone.induced disability rate of 36.06%.30.37% partial or complete loss of self-care ability.14.89% enjoyed the minimum living guarantee,97.81% participated in various types of medical insurance.10.66% were willing to enter to live in the rehabilitation village.Disables who needed assistive devices was 100.00%.surgical demand was 78.73%.[Conclusion]The cured leprosy survivors have better basic living guarantee in Jiangdu city,leprosy rehabilitation village capacity needs to be expanded,the operation rate among the disabled persons needs to be improved.更多还原
