【摘要】 [目的]查明幼儿园手足口病暴发流行的原因和传播特征,为采取措施尽快控制疫情提供依据。[方法]通过流行病学调查,结合临床症状等进行统计分析。[结果]该起疫情是手足口病暴发。此次疫情流行历时7d,该幼儿园共出现幼儿病例20例,罹患率为11.11%,病例集中在2个班。调查发现该幼儿园没有配备园医,未严格执行消毒隔离制度和晨检制度。[结论]生活接触是该起疫情暴发流行的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To identify the causes of outbreak and transmission characteristics of hand,foot and mouth disease,to provide the basis for taking measures to control the epidemic as soon as possible.[Methods]Through the epidemiological investigation,statistical analysis was made combined with clinical symptoms.[Results]This epidemic was an outbreak of the hand,foot and mouth disease.The outbreak lasted for 7 d,20 cases occurred among the kindergarten children,attack rate was 11.11%,and cases concentrated in two classes.Investigation revealed that the kindergarten was not equipped with doctor,did not strictly enforce the system of disinfection and isolation,and the system of morning check.[Conclusion]Life contact is the main reason for the outbreak.更多还原
