【摘要】 [目的]了解枣庄市中学生乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒感染状况,为中学生乙肝防治提供科学依据。[方法]对2004~2008年枣庄市4所高中的一年级入学新生HBV血清标志物检测资料进行分析。[结果]合计检测12 792名高一新生,HBsAg阳性率为2.13%。HBsAg阳性率,男生为2.65%,女生为1.34%(P<0.01);重点中学为1.52%,普通中学为3.77%(P<0.01)。检出的272例HBsAg阳性者中,HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc均阳性的占53.31%,单纯HBsAg阳性者占21.32%,HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc均阳性者占17.65%,HBsAg、抗-HBc均阳性者占7.72%。[结论]枣庄市高一新生HBsAg阳性率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the infection of HBV in high school students in Zaozhuang city,to provide a scientific basis for hepatitis B prevention and control among the students.[Methods]Data of the detection of HBV serum markers in 4 high school freshmen from 2004 to 2008 in Zaozhuang city were analyzed.[Results]Of the 12 792 students tested,HBsAg-positive rate was 2.13%.HBsAg-positive rate was 2.65% and 1.34% in male and female students(P<0.01).It was 1.52% and 3.77% in key and ordinary high schools(P<0.01).Of the 272 HBsAg-positive cases tested,HBsAg,HBeAg,anti-HBc positive cases accounted for 53.31%,HBsAg-positive cases accounted for 21.32%,HBsAg,anti-HBe,anti-HBc positive cases accounted for 17.65%,HBsAg,anti-HBc positive cases accounted for 7.72%.[Conclusion]HBsAg-positive rate among high school freshmen in Zaozhuang city was low.更多还原
