【摘要】 [目的]了解济南市的出生缺陷发生情况,为进一步制订出生缺陷防治对策提供科学依据。[方法]对2005~2008年在济南市妇幼保健医院住院分娩的围生儿出生缺陷监测资料进行分析。[结果]2005~2008年出生缺陷发生率为13.08‰,各年分别为15.39‰、10.98‰、13.00‰、13.20‰(P>0.05)。344例出生缺陷儿中,前5位分别是先天性心脏病、总唇裂、多指(趾)、先天性脑积水、神经管畸形,分别占18.02%、14.83%、10.47%、7.85%、6.11%。[结论]2005~2008年济南市出生缺陷发生率仍然较高,先天性心脏病位居首位。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the prevalence of birth defects in Ji’nan,to provide scientific basis for making countermeasures to prevent and control birth defects.[Methods]Monitoring data of birth defect were analyzed for perinatal infants delivered in Ji’nan Hospital for Maternal and Child Health Care from 2005 to 2008.[Results]The prevalence rate of birth defect was 13.08‰ from 2005 to 2008.It was 15.39‰,10.98‰,13.00‰ and 13.20‰ respectively from 2005 to 2008(P>0.05).Of the 344 cases of birth defect,the first 5 symptoms were congenital heart disease,total cleft lip,polydactyly,congenital hydrocephalus,neural tube defect,accounting for 18.02%,14.83%,10.47%,7.85% and 6.11% respectively.[Conclusion]The prevalence of birth defects was still higher from 2005 to 2008 in Ji’nan,the prevalence of congenital heart disease was the highest.更多还原
