【摘要】 [目的]了解龙岩市某煤矿工人健康的危害情况。[方法]2007~2008年对龙岩市某煤矿井下作业工人142名进行心电图检查,并选择不接触有害因素的145名进行对照。[结果]心电图异常检出率,接触组为59.16%,对照组为34.48%(P<0.01)。其中,窦性心动过缓、左室高电压检出率,接触组分别为25.35%、21.83%,对照组分别为8.97%、8.28%(P<0.01)。接触组心电图异常检出常率,<30岁、30~39岁、≥40岁的分别为71.93%、67.86%、41.38%(P<0.05);工龄<5年、5~14年、≥15年的分别为57.45%、74.07%、41.46%(P<0.01)。[结论]长时间在井下作业可造成心电图的异常改变,年龄大、工龄长者异常改变尤为严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To know the status of health hazards of coal miners in Longyan city.[Methods]Electrocardiogram test was conducted for 142 underground coal miners in Longyan city from 2007 to 2008 and 145 miners not exposed to harmful factors were selected as controls.[Results]The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram in exposed group was 59.16% and that in control group was 34.48%(P<0.01).The detection rate of sinus bradycardia and left ventricu-lar high-voltage in exposed group were 25.35% and 21.83%,that in control group were 8.97% and 8.28%(P<0.01).The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram in exposed group aged under 30,30 to 39 and over 40 was 71.93%,67.86% and 41.38% respectively(P<0.05).The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram in exposed group with the length of service under 5、5 to 14 and over 15 years was 57.45%,74.07% and 41.46% respectively(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Working long hours underground can cause abnormal ECG changes,especially the elderly and with long length of service.更多还原
