【摘要】 [目的]探讨服务因素对美沙酮维持治疗吸毒者脱失影响,为干预工作提供参考。[方法]2007年10~12月,对2006年9月6日至2007年10月8日在南昌市东湖和西湖区2个美沙酮维持治疗门诊所有接受治疗的吸毒者进行调查,并运用Cox回归模型进行分析。[结果]调查美沙酮维持治疗者705人,脱失171名,脱失率为24.26%。多因素Cox回归分析表明,对美沙酮维持治疗工作满意程度越高者越不易脱失,认为管理制度不严格者脱失率较高。[结论]南昌市2个美沙酮维持治疗门诊的脱失率不高,造成脱失的服务原因主要是治疗者对治疗工作不满意,认为管理制度不严格。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the impact of service factors on dropout from methadone maintenance treatment among drug accicts,to provide a reference for intervention measures.[Methods]All drug addicts treated in 2 clinics of methadone maintenance treatment of Donghu and Xihu district in Nanchang from September 6,2006 to October 8,2007 were investigated from October to December 2007,Cox regression model analysis was carried out.[Results]705 patients treated with methadone maintenance were investigated,171 of them were droped out of the treatment,accounting for 24.26%.Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the higher of the satisfaction level of methadone maintenance treatment was,the less chance of the dropout was.The main cause of dropout was lack of strict management system.[Conclusion]Dropout rate was not high in 2 methadone maintenance treatment clinics in Nanchang city.The main causes of dropout were not satisfied with the treatment and management system.更多还原
