【摘要】 目的:观察米诺环素软膏局部治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年01月至2010年09月来我院就诊的慢性牙周炎患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组45例用盐酸米诺环素软膏,对照组45例用20g/L碘甘油,试验前后检查牙龈指数和牙周袋深度,结合临床症状进行综合评价。结果:用药4周后,试验组牙龈指数和牙周袋深度明显好转,试验组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎疗效显著,具有一定的临床运用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of minocycline ointment in periodontitis by local treatment.Methods:90 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from January 2009 to September 2010 were divided into 2 groups randomly,including experimental group(n=45,treated with Minocycline hydrochloride ointment)and control group(n=45,Treated with iodine glycerin 20g/L),Comprehensive evaluating the gingival index and pocket depth before and after the treatment with clinical symptoms.Results:Gingival index and the pocket depth in experimental group was improve significantly than that in control group(p<0.05)at 4th Weekend.Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of minocycline ointment was improve significantly in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Minocycline hydrochloride ointment is useful with a certain value in clinical.更多还原
