【摘要】 目的:观察复方沙棘籽油栓对宫颈LEEP术后恢复情况的影响。方法:对宫颈LEEP术后患者予复方沙棘籽油栓阴道局部给药,与不用药者进行随机对照,观察其阴道排液、感染、创面愈合等方面疗效。结果:①LEEP术后应用复方沙棘籽油栓组阴道异常排液、阴道炎发生率均低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);②观察组术后创面恢复明显好于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);③两组TCT异常及HPV感染者基本转阴,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:复方沙棘籽油栓具有抗菌抗炎、消肿生肌的功效,是宫颈局部手术治疗后恢复期的理想用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Sea Buckthorn seed oil suppository in treatment of the patients after LEEP.Methods:To give the Sea Buckthorn seed oil suppository transvaginally after LEEP,and compare the rate of vaginal infection and wound healing with control group.Results:The study group is better both in the precaution of vaginal infection and to accelerate wound healing.Conclusion:The Sea Buckthorn seed oil suppository is useful for the patients after LEEP.更多还原
