【摘要】 目的:探讨静脉留置针在老年患者静脉输液中的作用。方法:203例65岁以上老年患者静脉输液随机分成两组。A组:成人静脉留置针(22G);B组:小儿静脉留置针(24G),观察患者一次性穿刺成功率、血肿形成情况,静脉炎、液体渗漏等并发症及病员的再次接受程度、满意度。结果:小儿静脉留置针组一次性穿刺成功率、血肿形成、静脉炎、液体渗漏及病员再次接受程度、满意度与成人静脉留置针相比,P<0.05,统计学上有显著性差异。结论:小儿静脉留置针对老年患者静脉输液能使患者痛苦减轻,穿刺成功率高,并发症少,使老年患者更能接受,满意度提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the intravenousindwelling needle in elderly patientsin the role of intravenousinfusion.Methods:203 casesof elderly patients over 65 years old were randomly divided into two groups of intravenous infusion.A group:the intravenous indwelling needle in adults(22G),B group:the intravenous indwelling needle in children(24G),observed in patients with a one-time success rate of puncture,hematoma formation,phlebitis,fluid leakage and other complications and the patient’s re-acceptance,satisfaction and so on.Results:The intravenous indwelling needle in children group,one puncture success rate,hematoma formation,phlebitis,fluid leakage,the patient’s re-acceptance,satisfaction,compared with the intravenous indwelling needle in adults,P < 0.05,statistically significant difference.Conclusions:The elderly patients with pediatric intravenous indwelling needle for intravenous infusion can reduce pain in patients with puncture a high success rate and few complications,so that more acceptable in elderly patients,satisfaction increased.更多还原
