【摘要】 目的:探讨胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔行急诊胃大部分切除可行性。方法:对我院收治60例该疾病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:60例患者全部手术成功,术后早期胃出血1例,胃排空障碍3例,经及时处理按时痊愈出院,随访2年未出现远期并发症。结论:手术应严格掌握适应症和操作常规,术后出现异常应及时处理,让早期并发症消灭在萌芽状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the most of all gastric ulcer perforation feasibility of emergency the most of all gastric.Methods:60 cases treated in our hospital patients with the disease were retrospectively analyzed.Results:60 patients were successfully operated,early postoperative gastric bleeding in 1 case,3 cases of delayed gastric emptying,were discharged by the timely processing of time and followed up for 2 years with no long-term complications.Conclusion:The surgical indications should be strictly controlled and operation of conventional,abnormal operation should be in time,to nip in the bud early complications.更多还原
