【摘要】 目的:总结运用专家型胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折的临床效果。方法:2007年2月～2009年1月,采用AO专家型胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨干骺端骨折16例,男性11例,女5例,平均年龄33岁。结果:平均手术时间是110分钟,没有感染发生,没有延迟及不愈合发生,按Johner-Wruhs标准评定疗效:优12例,良4例。结论:AO专家型髓内钉对于胫骨干骺端骨折是一种固定可靠、愈合快,膝踝关节功能恢复良好的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of treatment on distal metaphyseal Fractures with AO expert tibil Nail (ETN).Methods:From Feb.2007 to Jan.2009,16 patients who suffered from distal metaphyseal Fractures were treated with ETN.Among them,11 were males and 5 were females.The mean age were 33 years old.The postoperative function of the knee and ankle was evaluated according to Johner-Wruhs Score standard.Results:Mean operative time were 110 minutes.no infection was found.Delayed and non-unions of tibial fractures occurs in 0%,The function of the knee and ankle joint were excellent in 12 patients (75%),good in 5 patients (25%).Conclusion:expert tibil Nail (ETN) is a good surgical method with excellent fracture stability,feasible rates of union,and good functional recover for the treatment of tibia metaphyseal Fractures.更多还原
