胎儿多囊肾的产前超声诊断分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声产前诊断多囊肾的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析35例经尸体解剖证实的多囊肾胎儿的声像图资料,总结其异常声像图特点。二维重点观察两胎儿双肾的大小、形态及实质内的回声,羊水的多少,最后注意有无合并其它畸形。结果与结论:35例胎儿多囊肾中,双肾均呈不同程度的增大,产前超声共筛查诊断婴儿型多囊肾18例,成人型多囊肾12例,多房性肾囊性变5例;合并其它畸形5例,羊水暗区减少12例。彩色多普勒超声能对胎儿多囊肾做出产前诊断,并且对其进行分型,对进一步诊断及治疗方案的选择有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigation the value of prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal polycystic kidney.Method:Sonogram data of 35 fetuses who had diagnosed polycystic kidney by autopsy were collected and analysed.The key points of the analysis were the size,the shape and the echo of the two sides kidney,the quantity of the amniotic fluid,and whether with other malformation or not.Results and Conclusion:By the prenatal ultrasonic screening,both sides of the kidney of all the 35 cases were increased of varying degree,18 in the 35 cases were diagnosed as infantile polycystic kidney,12 adult polycystic kidney,5 multilocular renal cystic change,5 cases together with other malformation,12 cases with amniotic fluid dark area decreased.Our study demonstrated that fetal polycystic kidney can be well diagnosed and typed by prenatal chromatic color Doppler ultrasonic examination.Prenatal ultrasonic screening has great clinical value for further diagnose and treatment.更多还原
