【摘要】 目的:调查高校教师目前的心理健康状况,找出缓解教师压力的方式与方法,提高高校教师的心理健康水平。方法:采用SCL-90自评量表对某大学的教师进行调查。结果:高校教师的心理健康水平与全国成人常模比较差异具有统计学意义,在不同性别、年龄、职称、学历的教师之间也存在一定程度的差异。结论:高校教师的心理健康状况与职业压力呈正相关。因此,维护教师的心理健康,提高教师的心理健康水平,缓解教师工作压力是其重要途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the mental health of university teachers,and to explore the effective ways of alleviating teachers’stress for improving the level of the mental health of university teachers.Method:We investigated lots of teachers from one university by adopting SCL-90.Results:The level of the mental health of university teachers is significantly different from that of the norm population.The certain differentiation of the level of the mental health is remarkably existed in the factors of different genders,ages,job titles,qualifications.Conclusion:The relationship between the mental health of university teachers and the work pressure are positively correlated,therefore,the methods of easing the pressure on the teachers are important and effective for safeguarding the mental health of the teachers and for improving the level of that.更多还原
