【摘要】 采用调查法,对浙江省医务人员的健康状况、体育人口现状及其体育健身意识和体育行为特征进行分析。结果表明①医务人员身体状况不容乐观,体育人口仅为19.5%;②医务人员对体育与健康的关系、体育健身功能的认识较为客观全面,并且比较关注体育报道和比赛;③医务人员倾向于选择简单易行和趣味性强的运动项目,且喜欢集体活动,男女对体育锻炼场所的选择和体育消费有差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using literature,investigation,mathematical statistics,this paper makes an analysis of the health condition,present condition of sport population and its characters as well as fitness consciousness of medical personnel in Zhejiang Province.The result shows that:1) the physical condition of the medical staff is not good,and sports population account for the propotion of19.5%;2) medical personnel can more objectivly and comprehensively understand the relationship between sports and health,fitness function,and is more concerned about sports coverage and competitions;3) medical personnel tend to opt for simple and funny sport event and enjoy group activities;men and women choices of venues for physical activity and sports consumption make a difference.更多还原
