【摘要】 目的探讨Ⅰ型Mirizzi综合征的腹腔镜治疗方法。方法回顾性分析40例Ⅰ型Mirizzi综合征的临床资料,对Ⅰ型Mirizzi综合征患者在成熟的腔镜技术基础上,通过术中仔细操作解剖及一定技巧,在腹腔镜下完成胆囊切除。结果 39例采用腹腔镜手术治疗获得成功,包括胆囊切除及胆囊大部分切除。结论在熟练掌握腹腔镜技术的前提下,腹腔镜治疗Ⅰ型Mirizzi综合征是安全可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objiective To discuss the laparoscopic treatment for Mirizzi syndrome type Ⅰ. Methods Retrospectivly analyzed the data of 40 cases of type Ⅰ Mirizzi syndrome. Based on the sophisticated endoscopic techniques,careful operation and techniques through intraoperative anatomy were performed at the completion of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results 39 cases of laparoscopic surgery had been performed successfully,including cholecystectomy and subtotal cholecystectomy. Conclusion With practiced laparoscopic techniques,Laparoscopic treatment for Mirizzi syndrome type Ⅰ is a safe and feasible method.更多还原
