【摘要】 目的探讨心脏再同步化治疗患者围术期的护理规范。方法对9例心脏再同步化治疗患者进行充分的术前准备和心理护理;术后严密心电监护,及时观察和预防并发症,同时指导患者坚持进行规范化抗心力衰竭药物治疗及出院康复指导。结果本组9例患者均安全度过围术期,随访效果良好。结论良好的护理配合是治疗的重要前提,详细的健康教育和细致的随访管理能更好地提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT) in patients with preoperative nursing standards.Methods 9 cases of cardiac resynchronization therapy in patients with adequate preoperative preparation and psychological care; Close postoperative ECG monitoring,Observation and prevention of complications in a timely manner,and guiding patients adhere to standardize antiheart failure drug treatment and discharge rehabilitation guidance.Results 9 patients safely through the preoperative period of surgery,good follow-up results. Conclusion Excellent care with an important prerequisite for the treatment,detailed follow-up health education and careful management can better improve the patient’s quality of life.更多还原
