【摘要】 目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管成像对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析40例急性动脉瘤性SAH患者的多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)、数字减影血管造影(DSA)、手术资料。MSCTA图像采用容积再现、最大密度投影、多平面重建、仿真内窥镜技术进行处理。结果 MSCTA共发现动脉瘤41个,DSA共发现动脉瘤43个,与DSA比较,MSCTA正确诊断动脉瘤41个,漏诊2个,其中1个破裂后明显萎陷,MSCTA诊断敏感性为95.3%.结论 MSCTA对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血检出动脉瘤的诊断敏感性高、快速、无创,可作为SAH首选的影像学诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of 16-slice multidetecter computed tomography angiography in the diagnosis of aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods The data of MSCTA,DSA and operation in 40 patients with aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage were reviewed retrospectively.The MSCTA reconstructed images were processed into volume rendering,maximal intensity projection,multiplanner reconstruction,and virtual endoscopy.Results Forty-one aneurysms were detected by MSCTA,43 aneurysms were detected by DSA.In comparison with DSA,41 aneurysms were accurately diagnosed and 2 were not detected,the sensitivity of MSCTA in the diagnosis of ruptured aneurysms was 95.3%.Conclusion MSCTA is a sensitive,rapid,and noninvasive method for detecting intracranial aneurysms.It may be the first choice for diagnosing intracranial aneurysms,especially in an emergency situation.更多还原
