【摘要】 目的通过临床检测复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)与健康人的牙周指标,分析RAU的发生与患者牙周状况之间的关系。方法RAU组收集102例复发性口腔溃疡患者;对照组为前来体检、结果表明身体健康的40例健康者,2组间年龄、性别遵循随机对照原则,进行匹配。临床记录牙周状况检测指标:菌斑指数(PL)I、龈沟出血指数(SB)I、牙周袋深度(PD)、牙龈退缩程度(GR)、松动度(M)。结果PLI指数的最大值、松动度的最大值在2组人群的分布情况不相同,RAU组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。RAU组牙齿的牙周袋深度比健康对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。结论RAU组的菌斑指数、松动度、牙周袋深度比健康对照组显著增加,复发性阿弗他溃疡患者的牙周状况显著差于健康对照组。复发性阿弗他溃疡的发病可能与牙周炎有一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the periodontal status of recurrent aphthous ulcerations(RAU)patients,and then compare with healthy controls;To evaluate the relation between RAU and periodontal inflammation.Methods One hundred-two patients with RAU and 40 healthy subjects were included in the study.The periodontal status of all subjects was evaluated according to the plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),periodontal pocket depth(PD),gingival recession(GR)and Movement(M).SPSS13.0 analysis were used to compare the periodontal condition.Results The maximal plaque index(PLI)(P=0.004)、The maximal Movemen(tM)(P=0.007)were observed to be higher in patients with RAU compared with healthy controls.No statistically significant difference was observed according to age and gender among the groups.The periodontal pocket depth(PD)was observed to be higher in patients with RAU(P=0.003) compared with healthy controls.Conclusion Periodontal status(PLI,M,PD)was worse in RAU patients than those in health control group.Periodontal inflammation might be involved in the pathogenesis of recurrent aphthous ulcerations.更多还原
