【Abstract】 Diabetes induces the cerebral nerve injury and cerebrovascular disease,increases the risk of stroke and leads to the poor prognosis,which a variety of possible mechanisms and targets are involved in.The studies on the possible mechanisms of diabetes aggravating stroke and therapeutic targets were reviewed.It is beneficial to investigate new drugs for preventing diabetic patients from stroke.更多还原
