【Abstract】 Although public and media watch on no alert for health care fraud in a long period,it has caused a big loss and this organized behaviour takes on an increasing tendency.Therefore,it should be punished as a crime done by White Collar.FBI as a main institute has made great effort to blow on the fraud.Besides all kinds of measures that impede crimes,ethic education among doctors is an import means to prevent such health care fraud.更多还原
