1326例儿童微量元素检测结果分析
Analysis on Examination Rusults of Trace Elements in 1326 Children
【摘要】 目的了解天河区0~5岁儿童体内铁、锌、钙、铅元素的含量,探讨其缺乏的综合防治措施,为儿童合理补充微量元素提供参考。方法对2009年在本院儿保门诊体检的1 326例0~5岁儿童,采用北京博晖BH5100型原子吸收光谱仪测定末梢血铁、锌、钙、含量,用BH2100血铅分析仪测定血铅。结果 1 326例缺乏率比较排第一的为锌(29.40%),铁(26.21%),其次为钙(15.72%)。铅平均值从0~1岁的56.5μg/L上升到5岁组的88.3μg/L。结论 0~5岁是儿童生长发育的最快时期,易发生锌、铁、钙元素缺乏,且年龄越小越易缺乏,而铅元素则随年龄增加而上升。今后要加强健康教育,指导父母正确营养搭配,合理膳食。提示儿童保健工作者应根据不同年龄段间采取不同的干预措施。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the contents of iron,zinc,calcium and lead in children body at the aged 0~5 of Tianhe district.To explore the control measures when lack of trace elements,and provided references for add reasonable to children.Method 1 326 samples came from outpatients in our hosptial at the age of 0~5 in 2009,using Beijing Bohui BH5100 atomic absorption spectrometry determination the contents of iron,zinc,calcium in peripheral blood,blood lead analyzed by BH2100.Results In children body first lack of zinc(29.40%),iron followed(26.21%),calcium was the third(15.72%).The lead average was 56.5μg / L at 0~1 years old group and up to 88.3μg / L at 5 years old.Conclusions 0 to 5 years old is the fastest period of growth and development,and zinc,iron,calcium are prone to deficiency at that time,the younger the more likely lack of,but the blood lead increase.parents should strengthen health education,know dietary collocation and reasonable diet.These suggest that child health care workers should take different interventions under the age groups.
