【摘要】 1例43岁女性患者,因左肾积水行肾盂造影术,造影前给予复方泛影葡胺注射液进行碘过敏试验,结果阴性。于是静脉注射复方泛影葡胺,约20mL时,患者出现全身麻木感,稍后面色苍白,大汗淋漓,神智模糊,全身湿冷等。BP70/30mmHg,SPO285%,立即停药吸氧,并给予地塞米松、肾上腺素、异丙嗪、多巴胺、右旋糖酐40等治疗,4h后患者恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 43-year-old woman with left-sided hydronephrosis received pyelography. Compound meglumine diatrizoate injection was administrated after a negative iodine allergy test on the patient. After the infusion of 20 mL, the patient developed numbness, pale, hidrosis,blurred mind and coldness, with BP 70/30 mmHg,SPO2 85%. Then anaphylactic shock was diagnosed and the drug was stopped. The patient was treated with oxygen inhalation therapy immediately, and dexamethasone, adrenalin, promethazine, dopamine, dextran 40 were given at the same time.
