【摘要】 目的:建立猪胆粉HPLC特征图谱。方法:应用Waters Symmetry C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2%甲酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱(0～35min,甲醇50%→80%;35～39min,甲醇80%→90%;39～43min,甲醇90%→50%),流速:0.6mL.min-1;柱温:40℃;ELSD为检测器,漂移管温度:85℃,载气为高纯氮气,流量:1.5L.min-1。结果:通过分析12批样品,确定了7个共有峰,建立了猪胆粉的HPLC特征图谱。结论:该方法简便准确,灵敏度高,可作为猪胆粉的质量评价的依据之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method of specific chromatogram analysis on Suis Fellis Pulvis by HPLC.Methods:The HPLC method was used,chromatography condition was Waters Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) colum,methanol(A)-0.2% formic acid solution(B) system as mobile phase with gradient elution (0–35 min,50%→80% A;35–39 min,80%→90% A;39–43 min,90%→50% A).Flow rate was 0.6 mL·min-1,the column temperature was set at 40 ℃.ELSD was used as the detector,and the drift tube temperature was 85 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 1.5 L·min-1.Results:By analyzing 12 batches of samples,7 common peaks were found and the HPLC specific chromatogram of Suis Fellis Pulvis was established.Conclusion:The method is good in the aspect of simplicity and sensitivity.It can be used for quality control for Suis Fellis Pulvis.更多还原
