微波消解ICP-MS法测定藏药四味藏木香散中微量元素

【摘要】 目的:建立藏药四味藏木香散中微量元素含量的测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以铑为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定样品中Cr、Mn、Ni、Co、Cu、Zn、As7种微量元素的含量。结果:该方法对各元素的检出限为0.003~0.095μg.g-1,回收率为90%~105%,国家标准物质茶标(GBW07404)和杨树叶(GBW07405)的测定值与标准值基本吻合。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,可以用于测定四味藏木香散中微量元素的含量。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the method for determination of the trace elements in Manubzhithang.Methods:A method was studied for the assay of seven trace elements such as Cr,Mn,Ni,Co,Cu,Zn and As in manubzhithang by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with Rh as internal standard.Results:Detection limits for above elements were 0.003-0.095 μg·g-1,with the recoveries were 90%-105%.The results obtained showed close agreement with the national standard substances of tea leaves (GBW07404) and poplar leaves (GBW07405).Conclusion:The method is fast,accurate and reliable,which can be used to determinate the contents of trace elements in Manubzhithang.
