【摘要】 目的:建立同时测定芝参正肝胶囊中丹酚酸B、葛根素和芍药苷含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Phenomenex Gemini C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈(A)-0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长230nm,柱温30℃。结果:丹酚酸B、葛根素和芍药苷的线性范围分别为0.15～2.26μg(r=0.9999),0.10～1.53μg(r=0.9999),0.20～3.06μg(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为98.85%,99.15%,99.51%。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,适用于芝参正肝胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To propose an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of salvianolic acid B,puerarin and paeoniflorin in Zhishenzhenggan capsules.Methods:RP-HPLC analysis was carried out on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was binary solvent system of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,and column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The linear ranges of salvianolic acid B,puerarin and paeoniflorin were 0.15-2.26 μg(r=0.9999),0.10-1.53 μg(r=0.9999) and 0.20-3.06 μg(r=0.9999),respectively;The average recoveries(n=9) of salvianolic acid B,puerarin and paeoniflorin were 98.85%,99.15% and 99.51% in Zhishenzhenggan capsules,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,and can be used for quantitative control of Zhishenzhenggan capsules.更多还原
