电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定中成药中多种微量元素的研究
Studies on simultaneous determination of multiple trace elements in Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
【摘要】 目的:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定中成药中多种微量元素的分析方法。方法:用微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定13种元素,用国家一级标准参考物质灌木枝叶、杨树叶及加标回收试验验证方法的准确度和精密度。结果:方法的回收率为94%~104%,相对标准偏差均小5%,方法检出限为0.011~45.6μg·L-1。结论:本方法快速、准确、可靠,灵敏度高,能进行多元素同时分析,可用于中成药中多元素含量测定。
【Abstract】 Objective:A method was established for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine.Method: Samples were digested with microwave digestion system and measured with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method.The method was evaluated by the analysis of standard reference materials(shrub leaves and poplar leaves).Results: The recoveries ranged from 94% to 104% and relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5%.The detection limits of thirteen elements ranged from 0.011 μg ·L-1 to 45.6 μg ·L-1.Conclusion: The developed method is rapid,sensitive and accurate.It can be used for simultaneous determination of multiple elements in Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine.
