【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方硼砂溶液中苯酚含量。方法:采用μBondapak C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,10μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相,流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长270 nm。结果:苯酚线性范围为4～36μg.mL-1(r=0.9997),平均回收率(n=9)为100.1%。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确,可用于复方硼砂溶液的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of phenol in compound borax solution.Methods:A column of μBondapak C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm)was adopted,and the mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and water(75∶25) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1;The wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 4-36 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997);The average recovery(n=9) was 100.1%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and suitable for the determination of phenol content in compound borax solution.更多还原
