RP-HPLC法测定月腺大戟根中2种三萜类成分的含量

【摘要】 目的:对月腺大戟根中的2种主要三萜类成分β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(化合物Ⅰ)和24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(化合物Ⅱ)进行含量测定。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent HC-C8柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(85∶15),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长205 nm,柱温25℃。结果:化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ进样量均在0.1~5.0μg范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.9998以上(n=6);平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.3%和96.9%,RSD分别为1.9%和0.86%。结论:本方法能够准确测定月腺大戟根中2种主要三萜类成分的含量。

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine two triterpenoids,luteolin β-amyrin acetate(compound Ⅰ)and 24-methylene-cycloartanol(compound Ⅱ),in roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata.Methods:Separation was carried out on Agilent HC-C8 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(85∶15)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 at 25 ℃,and the detector was set at 205 nm.Results:The linearity was in the range of 0.1-5.0 μg for compoundsⅠand Ⅱ,and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.9998(n=6).The average recoveries(n=6)for compound Ⅰand Ⅱ were 99.3%(RSD=1.9%)and 96.9%(RSD=0.86%)respectively.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable and sensitive for determination of two triterpenoids in Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata.
