【摘要】 中国传统菊花品种色、型、姿具佳,但是由于繁殖困难,其在现代花卉产业化生产中的应用受到限制。以‘桃花尖’、粉红托桂’和‘夏小菊’为主要试验材料,通过分析不同栽培基质、不同生根剂种类及其浓度处理对菊花品种插穗的生根时间、根数、根长、生根率及株高等生长指标的影响,探讨适宜的扦插繁殖方法。试验结果表明:多数菊花品种在泥炭和珍珠岩(1:1)的混合基质中生根效果良好,生根率最高,可以达到100%;1000mg/L的IBA处理,有助于菊花插穗生根,3个品种9d内生根率均达到90%以上,后期植株生长也表现良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese traditional chrysanthemum varieties are excellent in flower color,type and appearance,but their application in flower industry was limited because of the difficulties in propagation.’Tao Hua Jian’,’ Fen Hong Tuo Gui’ and ’ Xia Xiao Ju Zi’ were used as plant materials and grew under different conditions.Rooting dates,the number of roots,rooting rate and the height of cuttings were analyzed by using field test design and mathematics analysis.The results indicated that:the mixed medium(peat:perlite =1:1) expressed the best effects,rooting rate was 100%;IBA was the best to stimulate rooting,1000mg/L was the best concentrations of the growth regulator.In 9 days,three varieties’ rooting rate could reach 90%or more and plants grew well.更多还原
