大白菜软腐病寄主诱导剂的筛选
Screening of Resistant Inducers to Soft Rot Disease in Chinese Cabbage
【摘要】 以大白菜幼苗体内过氧化物酶(POD)活性的提高程度作为4种生物诱导剂E-2-2-1、E-1-1-7、E-5-1-1、E-11-1-1与3种化学诱导剂水杨酸(SA)、茉莉酸甲酯(MLS)、链霉素(LMS)筛选的标准,对大白菜软腐病寄主诱导剂进行筛选。表明,浓度为10~9cfu/mL的生物诱导剂E-2-2-1、E-1-1-7和2种化学诱导剂SA、LMS诱导处理大白菜幼苗后,POD活性有较大幅度的提高(P<0.05),初步筛选这4种诱导因子作为提高大白菜抗软腐病能力的诱导剂。
【Abstract】 Taking the activity of induced POD in seeding of Chinese cabbage as a standard,resistant inducers to soft rot disease were screened.The results indicated that activity of POD in hosts treated by biological inducers with concentration of 10~9cfu/ml and chemical inducers was obviously raised(P<0.05),thus the four inducers E-2-2-1,E-1-1-7,SA,LMS were primarily screened.
