【Abstract】 Guided bone regeneration(GBR) is a well-established treatment modality for bone loss.Platelet-rich plasma(PRP) was used recently to facilitate hemostasis and wound healing.The platelet contains coagulating factors.In addition,some growth factors released from the platelet are considered as bone regeneration material.This article discusses the manufacture,ingredient,nature and characteristics of PRP,mechanism and the prospect of PRP,as well as the outcomes of using PRP for bone regeneration in dental clinical situations to provide the proof of PRP used clinically.更多还原
