厚砂层的基坑支护和止水帷幕工程
Retaining piles and grouting curtain walls for foundation pits in thick sand
【摘要】 在较厚的松散到稍密状态的砂性土中做支护桩,采用长螺旋成桩后插钢筋笼的施工工艺,极易造成地面下沉和塌陷情况。施工工艺的调整、止水帷幕的作用在施工中是必要的。采用对土层扰动较小的泥浆护壁正循环施工工艺,保证泥浆质量,完全可以避免地面下沉情况发生。护坡桩之间的止水帷幕,扇形和蝴蝶形的效果有所不同。通过实际工程的实施,包括边坡的位移观测和周边建筑物的沉降观测数据,提供了宝贵的经验,供同行参考借鉴。
【Abstract】 The ground subsidence is very likely to occur during the installation of retaining bored piles in thick loose sand by use of the screw auger drilling technology.It is therefore necessary to adjust the construction method for bored piles and grouting curtain walls.The experience obtained from the retaining bored pile and grouting curtain wall system for a deep foundation pit in thick sand is summarized,such as design consideration,construction procedures and configuration.It may be useful for similar projects.
