不同类型基层设计参数计算分析研究

【摘要】 采用正交分析方法,选取基层厚度、基层模量和底基层模量作为主要影响因素对沥青路面不同类型基层设计参数进行计算分析。路面结构设计中关键因素的正交敏感分析表明,各结构因素的敏感性大小排列为基层厚度>底基层模量>基层模量;路面承载力计算结果表明,路面承载能力大小排列为刚性基层>半刚性基层>柔性基层。考虑路表弯沉、基层层底拉应力、底基层层底拉应力3项指标和路面的经济性,提出了3种基层类型下沥青路面推荐厚度值。

【Abstract】 The orthogonal method is adopted to analyze the performance of pavement with different bases and the influences of various parameters.The base thickness,basement modulus and subbase modulus are selected as the main influence factors.The orthogonal sensitive analysis of the critical factors in pavement structure design shows that the sensitivity sequence is base thickness > subbase modulus> rigid base >base modulus.The calculated results of the bearing capacity of pavement indicate that the bearing capacity sequence is rigid base >semi-rigid base > flexible base.The three indices of pavement surface deflection,base bottom surface tensile stress and subbase bottom surface tensile stress as well as the economic value of bases are discussed.The thicknesses of three kinds of base materials are recomnended.
