HPLC测定芙黄膏中大黄酸、大黄素的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立测定芙黄膏中大黄酸、大黄素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:15)为流动相;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长为254nm;柱温30℃。结果:大黄酸、大黄素分别在0.596~14.9μg/mL(r=0.9998)、0.32~8.0μg/mL(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.1%、99.75%。结论:该法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于芙黄膏中大黄酸、大黄素的含量测定。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish HPLC method for determination of rhein and emodin in Fu Huang-cream.Methods:Using HPLC.We used Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(85:15) as mobile phase; the fiow rate was 1.0mL/min and UV detection wavelength as 254nm; column temperature was 30℃.Results:Rhein and emodin were linear over the range of 0.596-14.9μg/mL (r=0.9998) and 0.32-8.0μg/mL (r=0.9997).The average recovery were 99.1% and 99.75%.Conclustion:This method is simple, accurate and reproducible.It is suitable for determination of rhein and emodin in Fu Huang-cream.
