【摘要】 目的:研究天麻钩藤饮及其拆方组对小鼠睡眠和自主活动的影响,分析各配伍组的作用效果差异。方法:以含与不含镇静药、安神药对天麻钩藤饮进行拆方,各组灌胃给药60min后记录小鼠5min内自主活动次数及与阈剂量戊巴比妥钠的协同作用。结果:天麻钩藤饮全方及去夜交藤、茯神组与正常对照组相比能显著抑制小鼠自主活动、延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠的时间(P<0.05,P<0.01),其余各组均有相应趋势。结论:天麻钩藤饮去夜交藤、茯神后,在镇静、催眠作用方面均与原方等效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study the effect of Tianmagoutengyin Decoction and other compatibilities on Spontaneou Activity and Sleep in mice,and analyze the diffierence of each compatibility. Methods:Design to split the Tianmagoutengyin Decoction and register the number of the independent activity of the mice in 5 minutes after irrigation 60 minutes,and prolonging sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium. Result:Tianmagoutengyin Decoction and its without Yejiaoteng Fushen could markedly reduce the spontaneous motor activity,and prolong sleeping time induced by superthreshold dose pentobarbital sodium (P <0.05,P <0.01),and other compatibilities had similar effects. Conclusion:Tianmagoutengyin Decoction without Yejiaoteng Fushen has the same sedative and hypnotic effects with the original formula.更多还原
