串级浮选槽液位的前馈控制设计方法
A DESIGN OF FEED-FORWARD CONTROL FOR FLOTATION CELL LEVEL
【摘要】 串级浮选槽液位的稳定性直接影响浮选生产质量,但由于各槽液位变化相互影响,目前现场广泛应用的常规PID控制效果较差。对此,本文提出了一种PID控制器参数整定方法,有效减小了液位调节过程中各槽的相互影响,并辅以一种前馈控制以增加液位调节速度。工业现场试验结果证明了本文所提方法简单易用,并且具有优良的控制性能。
【Abstract】 One way to make flotation performance better is to improve cell level control.However,the level control performance using the traditional PID-controller is undesirable because of interactions between the cells.To overcome this,a modulating method of the PID-controllers parameters is developed,which reduces the interaction effectively.At the same time,a feed-forward control strategy is developed to speed the adjustment.The controller has simple structure and has been successfully applied to a flotation system in an industrial setting.
