内蒙古甲生盘含碳高硫铅锌矿浮选分离工艺研究
STUDY ON THE FLOTATION SEPARTION OF HIGH SULFUR LEAD-ZINC ORE FROM JIASHENGPENG MINE IN INNER MONGOLIA
【摘要】 内蒙古甲生盘矿是典型的含石墨型碳质高硫铅锌硫化矿石,原矿中由于石墨含量远大于方铅矿的含量,锌矿物属铁闪锌矿,含锌量仅54.64%,黄铁矿及雌黄铁矿合计矿量占矿物总量的46.15%,方铅矿、铁闪锌矿、石墨、黄铁矿、雌黄铁矿互含关系复杂,嵌布粒度较细,致使铅、锌、硫分离困难。在该工艺中采用细磨除碳、铅锌浮选中加强对硫矿物的抑制、锌粗精矿再磨精选等一系列措施,取得了较好的铅、锌、硫分离效果。
【Abstract】 The ore,from Jiashengpan Mine in Inner Mongolia,is a typical high-sulfur lead-zinc sulphide ore with a high graphite content.The content of graphite is much more than that of galena in the ore.The mineral containing the zinc is marmatite with only 54.64% zinc.The total content of pyrite and pyrrhotine is 46.15%.Because intergrows of galena,marmatite,graphite,pyrite,and pyrrhotine is very complex and dissemination is very fine,the separation of lead,zinc and pyrite from each other is very difficulty.A good results of flotation is achieved by taking the measurements including removing the graphite after fine ground,intense depression of pyrite in lead and zinc flotation,cleaner of coarse zinc concentrate after reground.
