丝绸电化学染色扩散系数的测定
Measurement of diffusion coefficients of electrochemistry dyeing on silk
【摘要】 从动力学角度出发,探讨了丝绸的电化学染色.因绝大多数染料在水中电离成阴阳离子,故仅需对含有染料离子的电解液施加外加电压,就能促使染料离子向电荷相反的电极方向移动,无须高温,染料分子就能与纤维紧密结合,使其向纤维表面的扩散系数变大,上染时间缩短,上染百分率大幅提高.与常规染色相比,电化学染色简化了染色工艺过程,降低了能耗、染料用量、废水和废气排放量,也减少了环境污染.
【Abstract】 From the dynamic point of view,the electrochemical dyeing of silk was discussed.Because the majority of dye can be ionized into ions in the water,the dye ions would move to the direction of opposite charge electrode only need to be imposed external electric voltage in electric solution contained the dye ions.And the dye molecules could bind with the fiber closely without additional high-temperature.Thus,the diffusion coefficient dyed moved to fiber surface became bigger,the dyeing time was shorten and the dye uptake was greatly increased.Compared with normal dyeing,the electrochemical dyeing could simplify the dyeing procedure,lower the energy consumption,dye dosage,discharge of waste water and waste gas,reduce the pollution.
