【Abstract】 Trace analysis of plant endogenous hormones is of great importance for illustrating the regulation mechanism of phytohormones in plants.In this article,techniques of mass spectrometry including sample pretreatment methods,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and biological mass spectrometry are all reviewed.The development trend of mass spectrometry in plant hormones analysis is also discussed.更多还原
