【摘要】 利用添加植物生长调节剂的培养基对檀香种胚进行离体培养,研究种胚萌发和成苗的影响因素以及种苗快速繁育技术。结果显示:生长调节剂GA3和种胚成熟度都是影响檀香种胚萌发和成苗的重要因素,檀香成熟胚在含14μmol/L GA3的MS培养基上7～10 d即可萌发,45 d后成苗率达82.5%,檀香种胚离体培养是有效的快速育苗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate rapid propagation of sandalwood(Santalum album),the zygotic embryos of sandalwood had been cultured in vitro on MS medium containing different plant growth regulators.The results showed that the GA3 shortened the dormancy period and enhanced the embryos germination,the mature zygotic embryo of S.album germinated after 7～10 days cultured on the MS medium with GA3(14 μmol/L),and the seedling rate of 82.5% was achieved after 45 days’ culture.更多还原
