【摘要】 目的研究结膜松弛症患者泪液和眼表的改变。方法结膜松弛症患者23例(46眼)及年龄和性别与受试者匹配的健康志愿者15例(30眼)。所有研究对象进行裂隙灯检查、泪膜破裂时间检查,角膜荧光素染色和基础泪液分泌试验。同时进行结膜印迹细胞学检查,评价杯状细胞密度。结果结膜松弛症患者泪膜破裂时间为(3.5±1.3)s,明显较健康对照组的(8.3±1.1)s缩短(P<0.05);结膜松弛症患者角膜荧光素染色得分为(1.66±2.1)点,明显高于健康对照组的(0.79±1.0)点;结膜松弛症患者结膜杯状细胞密度为(580±406)个/mm2,明显低于健康对照的(1 102±356)个/mm2(P<0.05)。两者的泪液分泌量无明显差别。结论结膜松弛症患者存在明显的眼表和泪液损害,包括泪膜破裂时间缩短,角膜荧光素染色增加和杯状细胞减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the changes in the ocular surface and tear function in patients with conjunctivochalasis.Methods Forty-six eyes of 23 patients with conjunctivochalasis were examined in this study.Age and gender matched 15 healthy subjects were recruited as controls.Slit-lamp examination,tear break-up time,cornea fluorescein staining and Schirmer I test was performed for each subject.The periodic acid-Schiff staining was performed on the conjunctival impression specimens to evaluate the density of goblet cells.Results The tear break-up time,cornea fluorescein staining score and the goblet cell density was(3.5±1.3) s,(1.66±2.1) points and(580±406) cells/mm2 respectively in the conjunctivochalasis patients and(8.3±1.1)s,(0.79±1.0) points and(1 102±356)cells/mm2 in controls.The scores in the former were all significantly worse than those in the latter.Conclusions The ocular surface and tear functions were obviously disturbed in patients with conjunctivochalasis including short tear break-up time,increased fluorescein staining score and decreased conjunctival goblet cell density.更多还原
