气动助推负阶跃力校准装置研究
Study of pneumatic push negative step force calibration device
【摘要】 为了消除传递力质量块对力传感器动态校准的影响,介绍了气动助推负阶跃力校准装置的工作原理,建立了校准装置的振动模型和运动学方程,并进行了运动学和关键技术分析,实验研究表明了气动助推校准装置能够消除传递力质量块的影响,提供理想的负阶跃力信号;其重复性好,重复性误差小于2μs;建立的振动模型基本合理,减少切刀压块的质量和增加助推力能够缩短校准装置的下降沿时间;为2000kN动态力校准装置提供理论基础和设计依据。
【Abstract】 In order to remove the effect of passing force mass on force sensor dynamic calibration,the working principle of pneumatic push calibration device is introduced,and its vibration model and kinematic equation are established,and the related kinematics and key techniques are analyzed.Through test,a conclusion is drawn:the pneumatic push calibration device can remove the effect of passing force mass effect and provide ideal negative step signal;its reproducibility is good,and the error is 2 μs;the vibration model is reasonable,the falling time of the step signal can be shortened by reducing cutter mass and adding propel force,which provide a theoretical and analytical basis for the design of a 2 000 kN dynamic calibration device.
