【摘要】 目的:探索处方评价的工具和科学方法,达到合理用药优化药物治疗的目的。方法:通过文献检索,找出国内外的处方评价方法、处方评价的标准或筛查工具。结果:常用的处方评价方法分为前瞻性(Prospective)评价;同步性(Concurrent)评价和回顾性(Retrospective)评价。处方评价工具有医院处方点评规范、比尔斯标准(Beers Criteria)、药物合理指数(MAI)、易受伤老年人治疗的评估指标(ACOVE)、药物相关性问题(MRP)以及提示医师正确治疗(START)和老年人潜在不合理处方筛查工具(STOPP)等。结论:国外的处方评价工具为临床药师开展处方评价,制定标准和指标提供了有益的借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research prescription evaluation methods and tools,and to achieve the purpose of rational use of drugs and therapy optimization.Methods:Through domestic and foreign literature search,finding prescription evaluation methods,criteria or screening tools.Results:Commonly used prescription evaluation methods include:prospective;concurrent and retrospective review.Prescription evaluation tools include: prescription comment standard in hospital,Beers Criteria,Medication Appropriateness Index (MAI),Assessing Care Of Vulnerable Elders (ACOVE),Medication-Related Problems (MRP),Screening Tool to Alert doctors to the Right Treatment (START) and Screening Tool of Older Persons’ potentially inappropriate Prescriptions (STOPP).
