枯草芽孢杆菌对电镀废水中镉的吸附

【摘要】 研究枯草芽胞杆菌对电镀废水中镉的吸附过程,探讨各种因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,pH为8、吸附剂用量为10g/L(湿重)、搅拌转数为800 r/min、吸附时间为10m in的条件下,废水中镉的吸附率达93%以上。吸附镉后枯草芽胞杆菌细胞膨大,色泽变亮,细胞之间相互粘连。Cd(Ⅱ)与细胞表面的钠进行了离子交换吸附。

【Abstract】 The biosorption of cadmium from cadmium-containing electroplating wastewater by Bacillus subtilis is investigated,and the effects of some experiment factors are discussed.The results show that the adsorption rate achieved above 93% with the optimal condition that pH is 8,the bacteria with biomass of Bacillus subtilis is 10g/L(wet weight),whisking revolution is 800r/min,and adsorption time is 10min.The The Bacillus subtilis have expanded,have brighter color,and have some conglutinations among cells after adsorption.The cadmium has exchanged with Na on the surface of cell.
