准纳米晶钛酸锂的制备及其电化学性能
Preparation and Modification of Quasi-nanometer Li4Ti5O12 Material
【摘要】 利用偏钛酸为钛源,多孔活性炭为模板剂,采用固相合成工艺制备准纳米晶钛酸锂材料。采用X射线衍射法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDX)表征材料结构和形貌,用循环伏安(CV)和恒流充放电测试研究材料的电化学性能。结果显示,合成的钛酸锂其主要物相为尖晶石结构的Li4Ti5O12,添加多孔活性炭作为模板剂能明显提高材料的电化学性能。材料首次可逆嵌脱锂容量可达143mAh.g-1,嵌脱锂效率达到95.4%,而且循环性能稳定,30周循环后容量衰减仅为4.22%。
【Abstract】 Quasi-nanometer lithium titanate is prepared with metatitanic acid as the raw materials and porous carbon as template by solid state reaction method in proper conditions.The appearance,structure of the oxide are characterize by SEM,XRD,EDX,and the electrochemical performances are investigated by use of the cyclic voltammetry(CV) and constant charge-discharge test.The results show that the material synthesized by this method is the spinel Li4Ti5O12,the good conductivity of Li4Ti5O12 is achieved by use of the porous carbon as template in synthesis process.The first reversible charge-discharge energy of the Li4Ti5O12 electrode is 142 mAh·g-1,the efficiency of the oxide is 95.4% and the discharge specific energy is only decreased by 4.22% after 30 cycles.
