【摘要】 随着改革开放的深入,大量的延边朝鲜族女性通过不同渠道出国打工,为赚取外汇、提高家庭生活水平起到了积极的作用。但是,长期的、大量的女性外流引起了"光棍村"、结婚率降低、离婚率剧增等婚姻法律问题出现,给延边朝鲜族社会带来了深刻的负面影响。针对这些问题,必须采取有效措施,扩大合法的外流渠道,保障外流女性及时回归,稳定其婚姻关系,才能解决延边朝鲜族女性外流引起的婚姻法律问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the further reform in China,quite a few Korean women in Yanbian Prefecture have tried various means to work abroad and to earn foreign currency for improving their living standard.However,a large number of such women working in other places have resulted in such problems as a low marriage rate and a high divorce rate or even "unmarried-men village",which exerts much negative influence on the Korean society in Yanbian.The solutions to such problems rely on practical measures,a reasonable outflow female population,a stable marriage relationship and other means.更多还原
