【Abstract】 Objective To keep hospital information system running safely and effectively after being upgraded.Methods Using an approach of risk management of project management theory,management plan was worked out and positive and effective measures are taken to address the problems arising through identifying the risk of hospital information system and summarizing past experience.Results The hospital information network keeps running safely and continuously with correct and reliable data provided.Conclusion The safety and effectiveness of the hospital information system can only be ensured from enhancement of the following three aspects:management,technology and services.更多还原
